Board of Directors – Job Description & Commitment
The Crossroads for Women Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, guidance, and oversight to advance the organization’s mission. Board members are responsible for upholding fiduciary duties, ensuring the mission is carried out, and representing the organization in the community. This includes attending quarterly meetings, participating in committees, preparing for discussions, and maintaining professional and ethical standards. Directors serve three-year terms, with a maximum of two consecutive terms, and are expected to actively contribute their time, expertise, and advocacy to enhance the public image and impact of Crossroads for Women.
