Mental Health Therapist

Crossroads for Women is seeking a full-time clinician for both its Los Lunas and Albuquerque locations. Therapists provide ongoing individual and group support as a part of a residential treatment program for women exiting incarceration. Services are provided on site during the day at one of our two locations. Applicants cannot be under current probation/parole supervision.

Position Summary

The Clinician is responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of therapeutic services at Crossroads. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the proficient administration of psychosocial evaluations and assessments, as well as providing individual and group counseling or psychotherapy. Additionally, the Clinician will engage in crisis intervention within a high-intensity clinical environment. This position operates under the supervision of the Clinical Director with support from a Clinical Lead and Program Director and is accountable for facilitating clinical and psychosocial rehabilitation services. The Clinician will also support program staff involved in related therapeutic and client care activities as needed. It is essential that all staff strictly adhere to the agency’s policies and procedures. Furthermore, the Clinician is expected to demonstrate a commitment to furthering the overall mission of the organization.
