Job Description

Join our residential facility as an RA to support women in a structured, transitional living facility. This position works independently to monitor the residents overnight and requires client engagement skills. Women in the facility are residents in a year-long program. As a key member of team, you will ensure clients are on-site, maintain program rules and structure, hold positive boundaries, manage overnight concerns or emergencies and provide essential support to individuals from diverse background and promote community engagement. A resident advisor will foster a client-centered, trauma informed space where residents feel valued, secure, and empowered to thrive.
